Non-Veteran Accessible Gaming Support
While our core mission revolves around improving the lives of severely injured and disabled warfighters, we firmly believe that the realm of accessible technology knows no boundaries. Thus, we've expanded our services to include non-veteran civilians who also face challenges due to disabilities or severe injuries. Just as we customize controllers for warfighters, we offer a similar range of adaptive gaming hardware to civilians, allowing them the joy and benefits that interactive gaming can bring.
Inclusive Community and Support
Our commitment to community transcends military lines. Whether you are a veteran or a civilian, we provide an inclusive and supportive environment where people from all walks of life can come together to share experiences, solutions, and inspiration. Our services offer free consultation, webinars, and social media spaces where participants can interact, not only enriching their own lives but also contributing to a well-rounded understanding of the diverse needs that exist within the broader disabled community.
Multi-Sector Collaboration and Research
While we initially focused on the needs of injured warfighters, we've found that the technologies and solutions we've developed have far-reaching applications. By partnering with tech companies, healthcare providers, and educational institutions, we are diversifying our research and product development to serve the disabled civilian population effectively. We work on projects that have universal design principles so that the innovations are applicable to a broad range of people, regardless of their background.
Expanded Education and Awareness
Our educational initiatives have broadened to cover the general public and not just military-related organizations. We conduct community outreach programs, collaborate with schools, and participate in public forums to raise awareness about the significance of adaptive technologies for people with disabilities. The aim is to foster an inclusive society that recognizes and addresses the challenges and potentials of all its members, military or civilian.
Universal Sustainability and Reach
The extension of our services to non-veterans is made possible through our robust sustainability model. Through fundraising, grants, and private donations, we secure the necessary resources to make our technology freely accessible to civilians with disabilities. As we broaden our scope, we continuously seek new partnerships and avenues for funding to ensure that we can touch more lives, both within and outside the veteran community.
Please Note: While hardware and support services are provided free of charge to warfighters, hardware for civilians is not free. We strive to make our solutions as affordable as possible through subsidies and sliding scale fees, ensuring that our cutting-edge adaptive technologies are accessible to those who need them.
